Ribeira do Paul (in Cape Verdean Creole, written in ALUPEC: R’bera d Poul) is a ribeira (stream) that flows in the northeastern part of the island of Santo Antão in Cape Verde. The stream flows from southwest to northeast.
The stream begins just northeast of the mountain top and the caldera of Pico da Cruz in a setting characterized by steep cliffs and ow bushy vegetation. The river flows through a narrow steep gorge, some of which has been terraced and is irrigated to support agricultural production.
A main road linking several settlements in the valley lies for the rest of the ribeira's length up to Paúl, farmlands which are also in the slopey areas and several other types of trees lies in the valley within the distance between 200 and 400 m from the stream. The mountains surround almost the entire length. The finally flows into the town of Paúl and empties into the Atlantic Ocean near the town centre as well as the LBRA1 road linking Ponta do Sol as well Ribeira Grande and Janela.
